Designed for Small Group Instruction

This is a small group curriculum focused on phonics, comprehension, vocabulary, and building knowledge. The curriculum can be used with groups of 3-10 students in 25-minute blocks. It can be used in correlation with a variety of assessments and should be combined with a whole-group reading curriculum.

Lifelong Readers have been instrumental to our success and growth as a school. The program has led to dramatic increases in the percent of our K-3 students becoming fluent readers. Students increased from 38% to 60% proficiency, even through the challenges of COVID and virtual learning. Other schools that have visited and seen Lifelong in action have left and immediately reached out to bring the model to their schools.
